A new study from the JBJS Journal of Orthopaedics for Physician Assistants (JOPA) finds that 84% of physician assistants (PA) in orthopaedics describe themselves as either very or extremely satisfied with the profession and their jobs, and 86% say they would choose the same career path all over again if presented with the opportunity. The study looked at their roles in surgery and clinical practice, job satisfaction, educational needs, conference and seminar participation, and other information sources they use to stay up to date with contemporary orthopaedic practice.
