AAHKS representatives led by Brian S. Parsley, MD, participated in the National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference (NOLC) in Washington, DC this week. Dr. Parsley guided policy discussions on GME accreditation and risk adjustment of performance measures for physician ranking and payment.

AAHKS Visits Capitol Hill

AAHKS representatives in town for the National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference (NOLC), took the opportunity to call on senators and representatives on Capitol Hill. Talks centered on issues affecting patient access as well as specific legislation such as SGR repeal.

Joining Dr. Fehring were Kevin Bozic, MD, MBA representing AAOS, and David Ayers, MD along with AAHKS Executive Director, Mike Zarski and AAOS staff.
