Dr. Barnes discusses development of the Diversity Advisory Board and addressing evolving member and patient needs throughout and after the pandemic. Dr. Iorio discusses priorities for his presidential year including advocacy, research, the evolution of health care delivery and AAHKS investing in humanitarian work. Dr. Berry rounds out the podcast with discussion of the importance of not only research but becoming involved with the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR), including registry reporting and how that will change the practice of total joint arthroplasty.
