The AAHKS Women in Arthroplasty (WIA) Committee is looking to recognize an individual AAHKS member that has taken the initiative to support women in the arthroplasty community in an impactful way with the Women in Arthroplasty Empowerment Award.

If you know someone who has gone above and beyond to elevate and support women in arthroplasty in a forward-thinking and significant manor, consider submitting a nomination.  The number and time span of the nominee’s supportive activities will be a factor in selection.  This award will be presented at this year’s Annual Meeting in Dallas.
