The AAHKS Humanitarian Committee and Diversity Advisory Board worked with Nth Dimensions to co-host a “Clinical Correlations and Bioskills” workshop for local underrepresented Dallas-area high school students yesterday. This early exposure helps encourage underrepresented groups visualize a career for themselves in arthroplasty and medical sciences. The AAHKS Women in Arthroplasty (WIA) hosted a Knee Revision Lab Course on Thursday, welcoming surgeons of all genders, races and age to enjoy a networking hour and hands-on bioskills training; today’s WIA Luncheon and Symposium, “Advancing Patient Treatment Options: A Clinical Discussion on Robotic Partial Knee Replacements,” featuring US Olympian and knee replacement recipient Lindsey Vonn. This year’s Guest Society, the Italian Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, was celebrated for their contributions to the educational experience at #AAHKS2025 and partnership throughout the year during last evening’s International Reception.
