With the 2019 AAHKS Annual Meeting about a month away, here are some important reminders:
- Register now! Prices increase by $50 on November 7.
- Make hotel reservations. The Hilton Anatole is full, but we have secured the “A Room With a View” booking service to find you the best hotel at the best rate near the Anatole. Log in for details.
- Cancel hotel reservations. If you need to cancel your hotel reservations at the Anatole, you must call “A Room With a View” at 800-780-4343 in order to receive a refund for your deposit. Cancelling through this service also ensures the room will go to another AAHKS attendee.
- Sign up for the AAHKS 5K Fun Run or 1-Mile Walk. Proceeds benefit Operation Walk.
- Review the Preliminary Program – now with links to abstracts of podium presentations!
- Come to the Poster Reception on Saturday night where the poster awards will be presented.
- Make plans to visit exhibiting companies.
