Input Requested on TJA Patient-Reported Outcome Measure

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has invited AAHKS members to review the Clinician-Level and Clinician Group-Level Total Hip Arthroplasty and/or Total Knee Arthroplasty (THA and TKA) Patient-Reported Outcome-Based Performance Measure (PRO-PM), as AAHKS and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) members were very involved with its development. While AAHKS develops our formal response, orthopaedic surgeons are encouraged to review and comment as well. Access the measure specifications and more details here.
