JOA Reviewer Mentorship Program Now Accepting Applications

Get trained by the best reviewers through the AAHKS JOA Reviewer Mentorship Program. This program helps arthroplasty fellows and new surgeons get started as journal reviewers by teaching them best practices in journal article peer review. Open to current adult reconstruction fellows and recent graduates, the JOA Reviewer Mentorship Program pairs each “mentee” with a JOA Elite Reviewer who will serve as mentor through their first reviews and to be available for questions and feedback as they get started. Apply for a mentor here; applicants can expect to be paired with a mentor within 2-3 months. AAHKS will contact all JOA Elite Reviewers separately about participating as mentors.
