More Highlights from #AAHKS2022

Members of all AAHKS Committees were invited to a working breakfast this morning to meet with each other, review accomplishments and plan for the remainder of the year. The Digital Health and Social Media Committee interviewed award winners for their podcast, and the Arthroplasty Today digital editor interviewed the Deputy Editor and Editor-In-Chief for a future podcast; several episodes of the Young Arthroplasty Group (YAG) Augment podcast were also recorded. Before the Learning Center/Exhibit Hall closed today, OrthAlign and AAHKS set a new Guinness World Record for assembling the bones on a full leg (hip – foot). For each attempt OrthAlign made a contribution to Operation Walk, raising $5,000 for this great organization. Operation Walk is an all- volunteer medical humanitarian organization that provides the gift of mobility through life-changing joint replacement surgeries at no cost for those in need in the U.S. and globally.
