Get Ready for “Pick Your Pace” Week

AAHKS is joining the American Medical Association (AMA) in “Pick Your Pace” week to address questions about the new Quality Payment Program (QPP) physician payment system created by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) administered by CMS. In its first year, physicians can pick their own pace for Medicare reporting. If physicians report only one measure for one patient this year, they will avoid a four percent payment penalty.
