Arthroplasty Today Editor-in-Chief Gregory J. Golladay, MD, notes a milestone in the AAHKS publication now in its sixth year, “The June 2020 issue marks the first in the history of Arthroplasty Today to be published with article-based publishing. This means that the articles are posted and paginated and are made available to any reader immediately, which designates Arthroplasty Today as “Gold Open Access” by Elsevier. While surgical case volumes have been down, investigators have been busy – we have had more than double the volume of submissions year-to-date compared to 2019.” These are some of the highlights of the June issue:
