AAHKS Representatives Attend Virtual BOS Meeting

The AAOS National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference (NOLC) was supposed to be held this week in Washington, DC, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference has gone virtual. AAHKS Third Vice President David A. Halsey, MD and AAHKS Board of Orthopaedic Specialties (BOS) Member-at-Large Representative Adolph J. “Chick” Yates Jr, MD are attending the virtual BOS meeting this week to conduct BOS business. In addition, as a Congressional Hill Day is the centerpiece of the NOLC, AAOS is planning to host an “In-district Advocacy Event” from August 15-29 for all AAOS members – not just those who would have attended the NOLC.
