This week AAHKS submitted a comment letter to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on their proposed rule, “Non-Compete Clause Rulemaking, Matter No. P201200”. In our letter, AAHKS supports and emphasizes the physician-patient relationship as “a unique professional responsibility” and encourages development of state level laws addressing physician employment laws that can be more reflective of local priorities. We thank all AAHKS members who provided input on this issue. For more details, read our letter.
