AAHKS in partnership with the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR) are recruiting sites to participate in a series of nested clinical trials conducted within the NIH- funded P30 Center infrastructure. This initiative embeds prospective, protocol-driven research directly into routine AJRR registry workflows, allowing participating institutions to contribute to high-impact arthroplasty studies with minimal disruption to clinical operations. We are seeking hospitals and surgeons who already contribute to the AJRR and are interested in advancing the evidence base for primary and revision TJA. Participating sites will gain early access to study protocols, opportunities for collaborative authorship and a direct role in shaping the future of registry-based clinical research. Nested trial designs leverage existing registry data collection to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and accelerate enrollment—making participation feasible for both academic and community practices. If you or your hospital participates in the AJRR and would like to join this effort, we encourage you to reach out. Please email Chiara Rodgers (crodgers@aahks.org) or contact the Chair of the Research Committee, Thorsten M. Seyler, MD, PhD (thorsten.seyler@duke.edu).
