JOA Publishes June Issue & Grows in Prominence

The June 2027 issue of the Journal of Arthroplasty (JOA) has been published online and all AAHKS members receive a full subscription as part of their membership benefits. Access your online subscription here. This week, it was announced that the JOA’s “impact factor” has risen to 4.4, up from 3.8 . The Clarivate Impact Factor is a metric that measures the frequency with which the average article in a scholarly journal is cited over a specific period, calculated by dividing the current year’s citations by the total number of citable items published in the previous two years. Rising impact factors are a concrete metric that  demonstrates the JOA’s continued rise in prominence and excellence in the field of arthroplasty.
