Registration for the 2026 AAHKS Annual Meeting opened two weeks ago and hotels are filling up fast! Rooms at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center are available exclusively to registered attendees of the Annual Meeting, taking place Nov. 5-8 in Dallas, and special AAHKS rates at nearby hotels are available to provide additional housing options and flexibility (free shuttle service to and from the Gaylord Texan will be provided). If you want to stay at the Gaylord Texan, register now and secure your room reservation before the hotel sells out! Please note that if you try to book directly through the Gaylord or Marriott, you may be told the hotel is sold out already as all rooms are set aside for AAHKS Annual Meeting attendees only.
