Even in technically perfect total joint closures, incision-related complications still occur in real-world healing. This session presents an 829-patient comparative study evaluating whether adding tension offloading at final closure (Brijjit Tissue Bridges vs 2-octyl cyanoacrylate) improves early incision stability and reduces complications in TKA and THA.
