Nominations for 2026 Lawrence D. Dorr, MD, Humanitarian Award

Please don’t wait to nominate a deserving colleague, or apply yourself, for the 2026 Lawrence D. Dorr, MD, Humanitarian Award, as nominations must be received by Monday, Aug. 17. This award recognizes AAHKS members who have made exceptional contributions to humanitarian medical care, particularly in musculoskeletal disease and trauma, in the U.S. or abroad. Recognition is open to members making an impact locally, regionally or globally. The selected recipient will be recognized at the 2026 AAHKS Annual Meeting and honored with a $5,000 donation to the humanitarian organization advancing hip and knee care that they support.
