Frederick F. Jaffe, MD

We were saddened to learn of the death of long-time AAHKS member Fredrick F. Jaffe, MD on April 16, 2014. Our deepest sympathy is extended to Dr. Jaffe’s spouse, Deborah Moody, MD, his family, friends and colleagues.

I just found out today 5/8/14, when I called to set up my follow up appointment (had hip surgery in 2005) of Doctor Jaffe passing, he was the kindness gentles caring and had a great personality of any doctor that I had ever meet. It is a great loss and he will be surely missed
