The AAHKS Diversity Advisory Board (DAB) invites 2026 Annual Meeting attendees to an engaging lunch panel discussion featuring distinguished AAHKS past presidents and leaders Mary I. Through candid experiences and practical insights, panelists will explore how diverse perspectives, self-awareness, mutual respect and psychological safety contribute to high-performing arthroplasty teams. The discussion will examine how leaders can recognize and address bias, foster an environment where team members feel comfortable speaking up, strengthen mentorship and recruitment, and translate these principles into everyday practice.
