Reduction of Perioperative Calcar Fractures with a Collared Implant when Using the DAA
Digital Health Committee members Stefano Bini, MD and Shaun P. Patel, MD are joined by Bradley P. Graw, MD and James M. Hartford, MD to discuss their poster, “Reduction of Perioperative Calcar Fractures with a Collared Implant when Using the DAA,” which was presented at the 30th AAHKS Annual Meeting. The discussion covers a comparison of perioperative fracture incidence of a collared vs. a non-collared version of the same dual tapered stem used in the direct anterior approach.
