The AAHKS Well-Being Task Force is seeking your feedback on practice friction: the things that slow you down, add unnecessary work or get in the way of taking care of patients. Across orthopaedics, surgeons are spending increasing time on documentation, prior authorization and other non-clinical tasks, impacting clinic flow, OR efficiency and patient access. We need clear, member-driven data across different practice models and career stages to help focus AAHKS advocacy on the issues that matter most to our members. Results will help identify the highest-impact friction points across practice settings, aiding AAHKS in prioritizing educational efforts and practical solutions. It only takes seven minutes to share your feedback – take the survey here.Â
