All letters of intent (LOIs) for the fall 2025 Foundation for Arthroplasty Research and Education (FARE) grant cycle must be received by Friday, Aug. 1. Selected applicants will be invited to submit full proposals, with final grant recipients announced at the AAHKS Annual Meeting, and up to two grants of $50,000 each will be awarded. FARE is also seeking proposals for the Disparities in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Grant, with funding up to $25,000 annually. Established to support research focused on addressing racial and ethnic disparities in hip and knee arthroplasty, this grant supports interventions and strategies targeting minority health disparities and systemic racism, with evaluation by both the AAHKS Diversity Advisory Board and Research Committee.
