AAHKS Chair Leads Hip and Knee Measures Discussion at AAOS Summit

Evidence-based Medicine Committee Chair, Adolph J. Yates, MD was invited to present a summary of AAHKS activities in the area of measure development at last week’s AAOS Performance Measures Development Summit in Rosemont, Illinois. The summit educated participants on the process of developing, implementing and validating orthopaedic performance measures. AAHKS is positioned ahead of many other specialty groups because of our experience in developing knee measures and currently with our work on hip measures.
