Arthroplasty Today has published, “Arthroplasty During COVID-19: Surveillance of AAHKS Members In the First Year of the Pandemic”, which reports the results of the first 6 COVID-19 Member Surveillance Surveys, carried out between March and September 2020. The data provides “the effects of COVID on the health and wellbeing of their personal, financial and clinical practice.” Across the 6-month stretch, reductions in elective arthroplasty procedures and clinic volumes were tracked, as well as the economic and personal impacts to surgeons.
