AAHKS joins AMA in Support of Physician Protection During COVID-19

AAHKS joined the AMA and more than 125 additional national, specialty, state and other health care organizations in writing to Congressional leadership urging physician support and protection in any economic stimulus package Congress considers. The letter specifically seeks to “support and sustain physicians and their practices during this unprecedented national emergency through tax relief, no-interest loans, direct payments, payment for virtual visits including phone calls, and other measures.” Read the letter.
