This week at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Medical Association’s (AMA) House of Delegates (HOD), AAHKS was officially welcomed back to the HOD. Claudette M. Lajam, MD and Benjamin M. Wooster, MD were seated as Delegates as the Business Session commenced Monday morning. Returning to the HOD allows AAHKS to interact directly within the House, comment on AMA policy and appoint our own RUC Advisor, rather than attending as a guest of the AAOS.
