AAHKS joined the American Medical Association and other medical associations in a letter to the U.S. Senate expressing strong concerns with the implementation of Stage 3 of the Meaningful Use program despite widespread failure of Stage 2. The letter calls for action by Congress to refocus the program based on frustration by physicians and hospitals with compliance requirements. Read the letter.
