AAOS Releases Clinical Practice Guidelines

On January 10, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) released an updated version of its clinical practice guidelines for the surgical management of osteoarthritis of the knee. Representatives from AAHKS participated in groups responsible for development of these guidelines, which include two new evidence-based recommendations and updates to 19 of the 38 recommendations.
