ASH Releases New Treatment Guidelines

The American Society of Hematology (ASH) has released updated guidelines for 2020 on the management of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and the treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. These evidence-based guidelines are intended to support patients and clinicians in decisions about treatment of VTE, especially relevant for AAHKS members use in postoperative care.
