Don’t Forget: 1-Day Educational Conference on Orthopedic Group Transactions

As a reminder, AAHKS advocacy partner Epstein Becker Green is hosting their fourth annual Physician Transactions Conference on March 24 at the University Club in Chicago, at the same time as the AAOS Annual Meeting. The discussions will include tips and expertise from physicians who have partnered with private equity, “robust returns on rollover equity” and ‘Second Bite’ transactions. EBG states, “the sole objective of this one-day conference is to educate physicians and leaders of independent medical groups on current market trends, the pros and cons of various strategic options, and how to maximize enterprise value and physician compensation over the next five years.” Attendance is complimentary, but limited, for physicians and leaders of independent medical groups, and you can earn up to 9 CME credits for the conference.
