The AAHKS Diversity Advisory Board (DAB) invites members to a panel discussion about the importance of mentorship in arthroplasty, particularly for minorities. The newly established Diversity Mentorship Program aims to recruit and enrich the professional development of young arthroplasty surgeons of color, one of DAB’s core goals. The program will match trainees and early practice surgeons with mentors who are more established in their careers, with the goals of increasing the number of fellowship applications from trainees of color and supporting these surgeons as they begin their own careers. Join faculty Muyibat A. Adelani, MD, Ugo Ihekweazu, MD, Tiffany Castillo, MD and Charles Nelson, MD to learn more. Register here.
