AAHKS nominee, Patrick Conway, MD, MSc, Deputy Administrator for Innovation and Quality and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Chief Medical Officer, received the American Medical Association’s (AMA) Dr. Nathan Davis Award for Outstanding Government Service. In a ceremony on February 28, 2017 in Washington, D.C., the AMA presented Dr. Conway with the award for his work to improve health outcomes in his role with CMS. Full story.
