The Diversity Advisory Board (DAB) Mentorship Program recruits and enriches the professional development of young arthroplasty surgeons of color by matching trainees and early practice surgeons with established professional mentors who help support them as they begin their careers. Applicants must be eligible Arthroplasty Surgeon in Training (AIT) or Candidate members of AAHKS and an underrepresented minority in medicine. Learn more about the program and apply to be a mentee or mentor on the AAHKS website.
