July and August each year is when most adult reconstruction fellowship programs graduate current fellows, register for the annual Adult Reconstruction Match and prepare to welcome a new class of fellows into training. Here’s what AAHKS members involved in fellowship training need to know:
- July 31 is the deadline for adult reconstruction fellowship programs to renew their participation for the 2024 Adult Reconstruction Fellowship Match for 2025 training. Click here for more information.
- Residents may register for the 2024 Match and begin applying to programs on August 1, 2024. Residents and fellows are highly encouraged to apply for AAHKS membership in the “arthroplasty surgeon in training” category, as dues are waived for new applicants for the remainder of the calendar year! Apply online.
- Arthroplasty Surgeons in Training who are completing their fellowship programs this summer may apply for a change in membership status by completing the membership status change request form on the AAHKS website.
